How we work

We talk first. Half an hour to understand what you need and tell you whether we can help, at no charge. If the project is not a fit for us, we say so on that call.

Then you get the scope, the timeline and the price in writing. If something changes mid-project, we discuss it before touching it.

We build in short cycles: every week you see working software, not a status report. We load-test before anything goes live and we stay on to maintain it.

We work out of Lima. Peru stays on UTC-5 all year, with no daylight saving shift, which keeps Lima within an hour of New York and within two of Chicago whatever the month. In practice: meetings at a reasonable hour for both sides, and answers the same day.
